Abstract

The book In Commemoration of the 55th Anniversary of Mwalimu Julius Nyerere’s First Visit to China, the Signing of China–Tanzania Friendship Treaty and Premier Zhou Enlai’s Official Visit to Tanzania published by Chinese Embassy in Tanzania (2018) highlights the historical development of diplomatic and cooperative relations between China and Tanzania. The publication commemorates the historic visit of Julius Nyerere to China in the 1960s and the signing of the China–Tanzania Friendship Treaty, which strengthened political, economic, and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
