This book explores the theory and practice of state governance in China within the context of the “new era.” It examines how China’s governance system has evolved to address complex domestic and global challenges, emphasizing modernization, institutional capacity, and policy innovation. The author analyzes key components of governance, including government functions, administrative reform, public service delivery, and the role of the state in economic and social development. The book also discusses the integration of Party leadership with state institutions, highlighting coordination, efficiency, and accountability as central themes. Additionally, it considers the impact of globalization, technological change, and social transformation on governance, proposing strategies to enhance effectiveness, stability, and long-term development. The work presents both theoretical insights and practical frameworks for understanding contemporary Chinese state governance.
