Abstract
The book examines major theoretical and institutional issues surrounding constitutional implementation and constitutional supervision in China. It begins by assessing the state of constitutional implementation and supervision, including their achievements, shortcomings, institutional foundations, and historical development. The author then analyzes measures for strengthening constitutional implementation, including the relationship between Party leadership, constitutional and legal authority, legislation, the people's congress system, judicial institutions, constitutional interpretation, and legal supervision.
