Abstract
This book analyzes the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) through the lens of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy, situating the Initiative as a core element of China’s global strategy in the “new era.” It explores how the BRI integrates economic development, political cooperation, and cultural exchange to advance China’s vision of win-win partnerships and a shared future for humanity.
The author emphasizes the theoretical underpinnings of BRI diplomacy, highlighting principles such as mutual respect, equality, non-interference, and international collaboration. The book also examines practical aspects of implementation, including multilateral negotiations, infrastructure projects, and the role of regional and global institutions in supporting BRI objectives.
Through case studies and policy analysis, the work demonstrates how China uses the Initiative to strengthen its diplomatic influence while promoting sustainable development, connectivity, and cross-cultural understanding. It frames the BRI as a strategic tool guided by Xi Jinping Thought that reshapes global governance patterns.
