Abstract
This book examines the institutional and ideological role of the Central Party School in contributing to the success and longevity of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). It explores how the Party School functions as the highest training institution for Party officials, shaping leadership capacity, political loyalty, and ideological commitment.
The authors analyze how the CCP cultivates its cadres through systematic education in Marxist theory, governance, and practical administration. By combining historical case studies and contemporary practices, the book demonstrates that the CCP operates as a “learning party,” continuously adapting its strategies and policies to changing domestic and global conditions.
The work also addresses key questions frequently raised by international observers, such as how the CCP maintains political stability, strengthens internal discipline, and sustains long-term governance. Ultimately, it argues that the Central Party School plays a critical role in ensuring ideological unity, effective leadership training, and institutional continuity, all of which underpin the CCP’s enduring success
